  • How do I read a book I purchased?

    • Start reading a book by clicking read on bookshelf. Purchased books are stored on your bookshelf 

  • How do I find and read free books?

    • Free books are located on the category menu bar. Click on free to view free ebooks and start reading them

  • Once I have purchased my ebook, will it always be available on my device?

    • Purchased ebooks are stored in your account bookshelf 

  • What are the benefits of reading books?

    • Increases your vocabulary and strengthens your writing abilities

  • I'm an Author, how can I make my book available on the eKitabu Shop?

  • How do I get help if I have a problem?

    • If you are not able to find a solution to your problem on the Help page, please contact our support team who will be happy to assist you and, will always try to respond to your request within 24 hours

  • What is your refund policy?

    • ebooks purchased from eKitabu are eligible for return and refund if we receive the refund request within two (2) days from the date of purchase. Customers can request a refund for an ebook purchased from eKitabu:

      •  If the ebook has significant technical errors or is unable to be read or opened

      • If they made an M-Pesa or other mobile money payment to the eKitabu account without purchasing an ebook

      •  If eKitabu can confirm that the ebook has not been issued to the customer’s account

All refund requests will be reviewed by eKitabu’s support team within three (3) business days from the date of refund request submission.
